摘要
光纤光栅温度传感器灵敏度比较低,只有0.010 nm/℃,不能满足高精度温度测量的需要。为了提高灵敏度,提出了通过增大2种基底材料的热伸缩系数差和改变增敏结构来提高温度传感器的灵敏度的理论。实验表明:这2种方法有明显的增敏效果,灵敏度达到0.050 3 nm/℃,是增敏前的5倍。
It is usually that the sensitivity of fiber grating sensor is low, that is 0.010 nm/℃, which is not efficient for the accurate measurement of temperature. To solve it, a new theory which improves sensitivity by increasing the difference of the swell factor between the two bottom plates and adjusting the constructions is put forward. The experiment results show that the sensitivity is enhanced greatly, which reaches to 0.050 3 nm/℃, and is 5 times the before.
