摘要
目的研究该颗粒剂中麻黄和甘草薄层色谱鉴别的方法。方法麻黄的鉴别:硅胶G薄层板,氯仿-甲醇-氨试液(9∶4∶0.20)为展开剂,茚三酮试液为显色剂;甘草酸的鉴别:硅胶GF254(不活化),正丁醇-浓氨试液-水-乙醇(13∶1∶4∶2)为展开剂,紫外灯(254 nm)下检视;甘草次酸的鉴别:硅胶G薄层板,石油醚-苯-乙酸乙酯-冰乙酸(10∶22∶6∶0.45)为展开剂,喷以10%磷钼酸乙醇液。结果与结论本文所提供的方法专属性强,可用于冷哮丸的质量控制。
Abstract Objective To study the TLC identification of Herba Ephedrae and Radix Glycyrrhizae in the preparation. Methods The identification of Herba Ephedrae: silica gel G plate, Chloroform-methanol-ammonia water (9: 4: 0.20) as developing reagent, ninhydrin as color developing rengent. The identification of Glycyrrhizic acid: silica gel GF254 (no activation), Nbutanol-ammonia water-waterethanol (13: 1: 4: 2) as developing reagent, inspected in ultraviolet light (254 nm). The identification of Glycyrrhetinic acid: silica gel G plate, petroleum-ether-benzene-glacial acetic acid ( 10: 22: 6:0.45 ) as developing reagent, 10% phosphomolybdic acid ethanol solution as color developing reagent. Result and Conhlsion This method had good specificity and can be used in the quality control of preparation.
