摘要
本文从糖脂与激素受体等方面观察了米非司酮抗早孕的作用机理。采用Ladisch微量分部、SephadexG-25柱层析及高效薄层定量分析(HPTLC),发现米非司酮引起蜕膜与绒毛糖酯含量及组分的变化;应用DCC法测定蜕膜组织中雌、孕激素受体(ER、PR)。结果表明米非司酮使蜕膜组织中ER上升,PR下降,干扰了ER与PR之间的平衡。以上研究提示来非司酮抗早孕作用是多环节的,蜕膜是其重要的作用部位。
Effects of mifepristone on glycosphingolipids and hormone receptors from human decidua and villi were studied to investigate the mechanism of terminating pregnancy. By using the Ladisch partition methods,Sephadex G-25 chromatography and quantitative densitometric technique,alteration of the amount and composition of glycosphingolipids from decidua and villi was found under effects of mifepristone. Increasing estradiol receptors and declining progesterone receptors were measured from mifepristone affected decidua. These evidences indicated that roles of mifepristone against early pregnancy were wide and mainly direct through decidua.
