云南省社区服务卫生工作人员家庭病床功能认知调查

Investigation of Cognition on Function of Family Sickbed in Community Health Services Staff in Yunnan Province

目的了解云南省社区卫生服务工作人员对家庭病床的社区卫生服务促进作用的认知,并调查工作人员对开展家庭病床的工作积极性,为云南省发展社区卫生服务、建立家庭病床提供对策和建议.方法采用立意抽样,抽取云南省开展社区卫生服务工作较好地区的全部社区卫生服务工作人员,进行家庭病床功能认知调查.结果所有社区卫生服务工作人员都不认为家庭病床对社区卫生服务没有作用,65.55%的工作人员认为家庭病床对促进社区卫生服务的作用很大,“方便病人”、“方便病人家属”、“省钱”的作用认知一致性高.结论云南省社区卫生服务在总体滞后的情况下,其发展潜力可观,应积极弘扬正确的认识,加强对家庭病床的扶持,注重培养全科医生,解决家庭病床报销困难等问题,为社区卫生服务和家庭病床的发展铺平道路.

Objective To understand the cognition on function of family sickbed in any Community Health Services （CHS） staff in Yunnan province and investigate the enthusiasm of developing family sickbed, and to provide some and suggestions for developing CHS and family sickbed in Yurman province Methods The cognition of the function of family sickbed was tested in all staff in some places where the CHS works develop better. Results All staff in this study don＇t think the family sickbed have no positive effect to CHS and 65. 55% staff think the family sickbed have great positive effect, and they have the same opinion on ＂convenient patients＂, ＂convenient patient＇ s family members＂ and ＂save money＂ . Conclusion CHS in Yunnan will develop fast under the behind situation, so we should carry forward positive cognition, support the family sickbed, develop general practitioner and resolve the difficult of family sickbed expense for CHS in Yurman province.
