输卵管妊娠保守治疗两种方法的疗效分析

Clinical Effects of Two Conservative Therapeutic Methods for Oviduct Pregnancy

目的探讨输卵管异位妊娠保守治疗两种方法的临床效果.方法采用随机分组,对42例输卵管妊娠随机分为观察组(n=24)肌注MTX(甲氨蝶呤)和口服米非司酮;对照组(n=18)肌注MTX进行临床观察.结果观察组包块缩小,症状消失,血β-HCG下降率及尿HCG转阴时间、第二疗程治疗数及治愈率均较对照组有明显差别,P<0.05.结论输卵管妊娠保守治疗MTX和米非司酮联用可提高治疗效果.

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of two conservative therapeutic methods for hetcrotopia pregnancy. Methods 42 cases of oviduct pregnancy were classified into observation group and contrast group by random comparison. Both Mcthotrexate （for injection） and Mifepristonc tablets （orally） were used in the observation group （ n = 24）, while only Methotrexate was used in the contrast group （ n = 18 ） . After treatment, clinical observation was conducted. Results In the contrast group, bump reduced and the symptom can not be observed. Rate of reduction of β- HCG in the blood, the elapse of turning into HCG negative and the amount of treatment in the second period showed significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The combined usage of MTX and Mifepristone can enhance the effect of conservative therapy.
