癌症患者外周血T淋巴细胞丝裂原反应性和血浆IL－2、IL－6活性及IL－2受体的表达

Study on the mitogenesis of Tlymphocytes in peripheral blood,interleukin-2 and interleukin-6 activities,and interleukin-2 receptors in plasma of patients with cancer

应用生物测定法，检测２６例癌症患者外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞丝裂原反应性和血浆ＩＬ－２、ＩＬ－６活性及ＩＬ－２Ｒ的表达。结果表明：癌症各组Ｔ淋巴细胞丝裂原反应性和血浆ＩＬ－２、ＩＬ－６活性均显著低于对照组，而ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达却均显著高于对照组，具有统计学意义。癌症各组之间上述各项指标比较均无明显差异。提示，癌症患者外周血Ｔ细胞功能被严重抑制，ＩＬ－２，ＩＬ－６和ＩＬ－２Ｒ可能在该病的发病机理中起着一定作用。

By using bioassay technique we studied the mitogenesis of Tlymphocytes in periph eral blood,interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-6(IL-6) activities,and interleukin-2 receptors(IL-2)in plasma of patients with different sites of cancer as well as controls.The results showed that the mitogenesis of Tlymphcytes and IL-2 as well as IL-6 activities in plasma of patients with different sites of cancer were decreased, while IL-2R activity was increased in comparison with controls.These results suggested that IL-2,IL-6 and IL-2R play a important role in pathogenesis of cancer and may be used as a useful laboratary parameter for the assessment of patient's condition.
