Treatment of stress ulcar bleeding complicated by laryngectomy

报告喉切除术后并发应激性溃疡出血２例，经补充血容量，抽出胃液，应用抑酸剂、止血剂等治疗，１例出血获及时控制，１例经保守治疗效果不佳，采取手术治愈。并对其发生的可能机理进行了探讨，指出预防的方法和重要性。

Two cases of stress ulcer bleeding complicated by laryngectomy were reported and its possible mechanism was discussed. We suggest that prophylaxis is important.The treatment in cluds:transfusion,sacking the gastric acid,the use of H2-receptor antagonist and coagulant. If the conservative therapy is failed,operation is necessary.
