Malignant melanoma of nasal cavity:report 12 cases

报告鼻腔鼻窦恶性黑色素瘤１２例，该病好发于鼻腔外侧壁和鼻中隔；应与鼻腔癌、血管瘤、鼻息肉相鉴别；广泛彻底切除为本病的主要治疗方法。并对本病的病理组织学改变、临床表现、治疗方法及预后进行讨论。

caese with malignant melanoma of nasal cavity and nasal sinus were reported and the relevent articles on malignant melanoma were reviewed in this paper.The histopathology,clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis of malignant melanoma were discussed. It is thought that the malignant melanoma arises mainly from the lateral wall of nasal cavity and nasal septum. It must be essential to make differential diagnosis with the carcinoma of nasal cavity and anginoma as well as nasal polyp. Extensive excision of malignant melanoma is principal method of the treatment.
