摘要
以3-UPS并联机床为研究对象,应用虚拟样机技术建立了机构参数化仿真模型,给出了并联机床虚拟样机联合仿真设计方案。通过对样机模型动力学分析,确定了影响整机动态性能的关键部件,采用通用有限元软件ANSYS完成这些部件的弹性体建模。通过动态仿真分析给出了弹性并联机构的动态响应、固有频率等动态特性参数,为并联机床整机的优化设计奠定了基础。
Based on virtual prototype technology (VPT), the simulation model of 3-UPS parallel machine tool has been modeled and the simulation scheme has been planed. The pivotal parts that have influence on the total machine tool have been confirmed by dynamic simulation. The elastic bodies of the pivotal parts have been established in common finite element software (ANSYS). Dynamic response, natural frequencies and other dynamic parameter of the elastic parallel mechanism have been found out by dynamic simulation analysis, which are the base condition of the optimize design of parallel machine.
