摘要
交流伺服技术是研制开发各种先进机电一体化产品的关键性技术,针对伺服系统具有时变性、模型的不确定性等,提出采用基于遗传算法的PID自适应控制算法,实现控制器参数的在线自寻优。仿真结果表明,该控制算法具有很强的鲁棒性、抑制外界干扰性和良好的动态性能。
AC servo is a key technology of advanced mechatronics product development. Adaptive PID controller is presented for the time-variant and uncertainty of simulator system. And self-tuning of PID parameters is realized using the controller. The simulation results show that the controller has the advantages of strong robustness, good performance of anti-jamming and high-speed dynamic response ability.
