基于PLC和组态软件的拉力实验机测控系统设计

摘要 文章在现代技术设计理念的基础上,介绍了拉力机自动测控系统的技术实现。该系统采用PLC及PC实现了系统的自动测试、故障诊断以及测试波形和结果等的显示,并给出了系统的硬件结构、软件模块及具体实现方法。实际运行结果表明,该拉力测控系统具有较高的精度和可靠性,能够满足实际应用的需求,具有广泛的市场应用前景。 In this paper, the application of auto-testing and control system of the drawing-testing machine is described based on design idea of modern technology. The auto-testing, fault diagnosis and display of testing graph & result of the system are presented by PLC and PC, and the hardware framework, software module and concrete method of realizing are bringing forward. The results of actual application show the testing and control system has high abilities to precision and reliability, and meets with the demands of realistic application in our country, moreover, it is definite practicality and wide foreground.
