摘要 现代加工技术的迅速发展,自动化程度、加工精度的不断提高,对检测设备提出了高精度,自动化,在线检测等等的新要求,为了解决大尺寸尤其是回转体轴盘类工件大直径尺寸的高精度测量技术难题,文章提出了用于解决大尺寸测量、高精度测量的通用测长仪的,该系统按照伽利略激光扩束原理设计了半导体激光器的扩束系统;在机械结构设计中,系统采用燕尾式导轨,为了提高激光器的定位精度,将燕尾滑块和光栅尺的动块固定在一起,这样燕尾滑块的滑动距离可以实时地显示在LED上;数据采集和处理部分采用高速的数字模拟混合处理器C8051F系列单片机作为处理器,利用其内部的丰富资源可以减少片外的扩展,节省电路设计。 The technology of modem manufacture is developing quickly, the automatism and the precision of manufacture has also got a high level. For those reason, the testing equipments need more high quality, such as precision , automation and online testing. This system was designed to measure the dimensions accurately so that the difficult problem can be solved in surveying technology.In the part of optic design, this paper introduces characteristic of laser, basic theory of laser expansion, using the theory of Galileo's laser expansion to design the system of semiconductor laser expansion; In the part of mechanic design, in order to enhance the precision of location,coattail rail and raster ruler are used in this part, the distance between two coattail block can be displayed in the LED; In the part of electronic system, the high speed MCU integrated with digital and analog resource is used in this part. This kind of MCU have plentiful resource that can reduce the difficulty of circuitry.
