内置于车床主轴孔内的活塞打中心孔装置设计

摘要 针对发动机活塞车止口打中心孔工序,文章介绍了一种内置于车床主轴孔内的打中心孔装置。该装置由卡盘、滚动导向单元、进给油缸、钻杆和中心钻等组成,其中钻杆的滚动导向单元安装在中空卡盘的内孔中,进给油缸安装在车床床身端面的托架上,油缸活塞杆通过圆柱销与钻杆连接在一起,推动钻杆进给和后退。由于钻杆自身不旋转,而工件被夹持在液压卡盘上随主轴一起旋转,中心孔钻相对工件产生相对旋转运动,从而实现钻削功能。 This paper introduces a type of device for piston centre bore drilling .The device was built in the spindle of the lathe, and consists of chuck, rotative guide bush unit, oil cylinder, drill rod and centre drill, The rotative guide bush unit for the drill rod was mounted in the center of the chuck. Oil cylinder was fixed on a bracket which fixed on the left side of the bed. Piston rod which connected with drill rod through a pin drives the drill rod moving ahead and back. The drill rod was designed not rotative ,and the piston can turn around along with the chuck fixed on the spindle, so relative rotational movement between them takes place when the lathe runs, and the centre bore drilling was effected.
