摘要
时至今日国外企业ERP实施的成功率依然较低。国外学者对ERP实施的关键成功因素做出了深入研究。然而由于应用环境的差异,与国外企业相比,我国企业ERP实施的关键成功因素有所差别。企业实施关注的重点同样有所不同。为此,文章提出我国企业ERP实施的关键成功因素的体系架构,并从组织管理、业务应用、产品技术、人员团队、教育培训、项目管理、和文化冲突等多方面详细分析了ERP实施的重点及难点,为我国企业成功实施ERP提供了指南。
The ERP implementation success ratio is still quite low in enterprises abroad. The foreign scholars have carried out in-depth research on the critical success factors (CSF) for ERP implementation. However, for the difference of the ERP application environment, the CSF for Chinese Enterprises are different. Therefore, the emphases attached to the ERP implementation should be different. This article puts foreword a CSF system for Chinese Enterprises and analyses the key points and the difficulties of the ERP implementation in terms of organization and management, business application, ERP production and technology, personnel and group team, education and training, project management ,and cultural conflict. It provides a guideline for the successful ERP implement of Chinese enterprises.
