摘要
采用负载磷钨酸的SBA-15分子筛作为催化剂,以苯和十二碳烯为原料,经烷基化反应合成十二烷基苯。在微型液相固定床反应器上考察了反应温度,空速,磷钨酸负载量以及苯烯摩尔比等反应条件对催化剂性能的影响。研究结果表明,磷钨酸的最佳负载量约为30%,最佳反应条件为反应温度180℃,空速为2.0h-1,苯烯摩尔比为10∶1。研究结果表明负载HPWA的SBA-15催化剂具有较好的催化活性和稳定性。
Dodecylbenzene was prepared by the alkylation of benzene with dodecylene over supported phosphotungstic acid on SBA-15. The catalytic performances of the catalysts were studied by alkylation reaction of benzene and dodecylene in a micro-reactor. The influences of the composition of the catalysts, reaction temperature, space velocity and mol ratio of benzene and dodecylene on the conversion of dodecylene and the selectivity were researched. The optimal composition of phosphotungstic acid is 30%, reaction temperature is 180℃ and the space velocity is 2.0 h -1 (WHSV), mol ratio of benzene and dodecylene is 10. The results showed that the catalyst has highly activity and stability in the alkylation of benzene with dodecylene.
