摘要
利用高频往复试验机(HFRR)评价了超低硫柴油的抗磨性能,结果显示超低硫柴油比一般轻柴油的抗磨性差。为了探讨超低硫柴油抗磨性差的原因,利用X射线光电子能谱和俄歇微探针对摩擦副的磨斑进行了表面分析。结果表明,摩擦表面有少量含氧有机化合物生成。俄歇深度溅射显示氧元素扩散到摩擦表面1.5μm处。
The anti-wear property of ultralow sulfur diesel fuel was evaluated by the HFRR, the result shows that the anti-wear property of the ultralow sulfur diesel fuel is inferior to general light diesel fuels. In order to discuss the anti-wear mechanism of the ultralow diesel fuel, the XPS and AES has been used to analyse the wear scar of the friction pair and a thin organic film was found. It was also found that element oxygen diffused to the surface 1.5μm by AES sputtering.
