摘要 结合川西北净化厂循环水改造工程的实际工况,论述了循环水泵变频调速节能原理。介绍了HARSVERT-A高压变频器变频调速系统的原理、构成、功能。重点介绍了川西北净化厂循环水系统的改造方案和应用高压变频器实现温差控制与压力低值钳位选择性控制系统,分析了循环水系统改造后节能情况。 According to water circular system revampment of Gas Purification Plant of Northwest Sichuan,the principle of the frequency conversion speed control technique of water circular pump is discussed. The principle, constituent, function of HARSVERT-a high voltage inverter is introduced.Water cycle system revampment of the plant is introduced in detail, the application of high voltage inverter in water cycle system revampment is stated. Principal of differential temperature and low pressure selectivity control system, energy-saving is expounded in detail. Water cycle system revampment Energy-saving is analysed.
