摘要
本文介绍了基于PMAC多轴运动控制器的自动铝带绕片机数控系统的软硬件设计。系统运行于windows平台,采用PCI总线通讯的上下位机双CPU的开放式数控系统模式,在VisualC++环境中,利用面向对象的思想进行软件设计,实现了人机接口的定制和实时控制加工部件的参数化,提高了控制系统的柔性和代码的可维护性。
This paper introduces the software and hardware design of the aluminous-winding machine based on the PMAC motion controller. The system runs on the windows platform with the PCI bus to communicate between the hosts CPU and serve CPU .The software is designed by using the object oriented method to in the Visual C++ enrironment.
