The principle of electrodeposition, characteristics of cathodic electrodeposition coatings and resins, and its advantages are introduced. The present situation of cathodic electrodeposition coatings home and abroad is reviewed focusing on several quickly developed cathodic electrodeposition coatings systems.The future development trend of cathodic electrodeposition coatings is proposed as well. -
