摘要
轨梁厂运锭车原控制系统为模拟调速系统,现改为西门子6RA70系列全数字直流传动装置及S7-200PLC控制,目的是为了提高系统运行的可靠性、安全性、准确性,降低故障率,减少维护量。
The original control system of the ingot buggy of Beam and Rail Plant was the simulation speed control system and now this system has been changed to SIEMENS 62A70 series whole digit DC driving device and the S7-200 PLC control system. The target is to increase running reliability, safety and accuracy of this system, and reduce failure rate and decrease maintenance amount.
