摘要
分析了布袋除尘器压力损失的动态变化情况和除尘器的现场运行情况,为使压损稳定在一定的范围,达到较好的除尘效果,提出了振动周期控制采用模糊控制的技术路线,设计了参数因子在线自整定的模糊控制器。
The dynamic variation of pressure loss of cloth-bag dust collector and the field operation state of the dust collector were analyzed. In order to stabilize the pressure loss in a certain scope and to achieve a better dusting effect, it thought that the fuzzy control technology should be used in the vibration period control. And fuzzy controller of the in line self-set of parameter factors was designed.
