西部边疆高校加强教师教育技术培训初探

On how to strengthen teachers’ training in educational technology at western frontier colleges and universities

对于西部边疆高校而言，由于地域的原因，教师在现代教育观念的培养、信息技术掌握的水平以及教育技术应用等方面，都与内地一些高校存在着较大的差距，加强教师现代教育技术应用能力的培养就显得尤为重要。本文就我校开展教师教育技术培训的现状，提出了相应的对策与看法。

Due to regional factor, there is a great gap in teachers＇ cultivation of modem educational technology concept, level of information technology literacy and application of educational technology between the western frontier colleges and universities and inland colleges and universities. It is vital to strengthen teachers＇ability to use modem educational technology. This paper analyzes the actual state of teachers＇ training in educational technology at our university and proposes the corresponding solutions.
