人为因素对剖宫产率影响的分析与探讨

Analysis of Human factors' impact on the rate of cesarean section

目的:探讨剖宫产率增高的原因。方法:分析2001年1月～2005年12月,在我科住院分娩的产妇1211例,年龄22￣33岁,平均年龄25.6岁,要求足月妊娠,无妊娠合并证,胎儿体重>2500g,<4000g,头位初产,骨盆测量正常,符合要求的病历为观察对象,统计其剖宫产率。结果:住院分娩的剖宫产率居高不下且呈逐年增高趋势,自然分娩率及阴道助产率呈逐年下降趋势(P<0.05)。结论:人为的外界干预、孕妇精神心理因素及健康教育可直接影响剖宫产率。

Objective To analyze the causes of rising rate of hospital cesarean section. Method 1 211 parturients deliveried in our department from January 2001 to December 2005 are analyzed, Their ages are 22-33 years and the average age is 25.6 years. The cases fit following conditions are selected and calculate their rate of cesarean section. The conditions include pregnancy at term, without pregnancy complications, Birth weight between 2500g and 4000g, the first place in the early off, pelvic measurement normal. Results The rate of hospital cesarean section remains high and shows a tendency to increase year by year, the rate of spontaneous dehvery and vaginal midwifery present a descending trend year by year （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Artificial and external intervention, mental factors and health education of pregnant women can affect the rate of cesarean section directly.
