摘要
季戊四醇生产中,采用低温缩合新工艺比原有高温糖化脱醛工艺先进;工艺中的脱醛塔和脱醇塔采用了具有新型塔内件的高效填料塔,使处理能力提高70%以上;采用多效精馏节能技术,利用脱醛塔顶稀甲醛二次蒸气作为脱醇塔及蒸发的热源,使单位产品的能耗大幅度下降。
In pentaerythritol production,The new process of cryogenic condensation is more advanced than the former process of high temperature saccharification dealdehydeization, In the process, dealdehyder and dealcoholizer employ high efficeient packed tower which has new type internals,increasing by a factor of 70 percent in capacity percent,employing multi-effect rectification energy saving technique and using the secondary steam of rare formaldehyde from dealdehyder as heat source of dealcoholizer and evaporation, reduces significantly the energy consumption of production.
