摘要
我国的民营企业由于其成长发展环境的特殊性及其家族化经营,使得人力资源管理有其特殊性,处理企业与员工关系成为民营企业实施人本管理的关键。民营企业主必须端正思想认识,树立现代人力资源管理理念,以科学发展观为指导,正确对待员工。
As the special developmental environment and household operation style, the human resources management in our private enterprises has a particularity. To treat the staff properly is the key for the private enterprises to carry out the humane management. Thus, the private owners should rectify their thoughts, set up a view of modem human resources management, and deal with their staff according to the scientific development view.
