我国农村基层民主建设取得了很大的成绩,但也存在很多困难,如受历史文化影响农民宗族观念重,民主习惯未形成,参政能力不平衡,村民自治不完善等。要通过加强法制建设、提高村民的自治意识和参政能力、深化政治体制改革、壮大农村经济实力等途径,逐步完善农村基层民主。

we have got a great accompolishment in our countryside~ damocracy construction at the basic level, but there are also so many difficults, for inatance, the historic culture affects the clan Is thoughts a lot, the damocratic habit has not been formed, and the ability to participate politics is not balanced, the country people＇s self- governing is not perfect and so on. so we should optimize the countryside＇s damocracy in the basic level step by step by enhancing the legal construction , increasing the country peopel＇s self- governing thoughts and their ability in parcitipating politics , reforming the politics deeply, also we could make it by the way of expand the countryside＇s economic strengh,etc
