摘要
加拿大是稠油产量最高的国家,为了把稠油转化成具有普通原油性质的合成原油(SCO),大量采用焦化(包括流化焦化,灵活焦化)和加氢裂化(包括H-Oil,LC-Fining)等重油加工技术。在这些技术的基础上,针对加拿大稠油的特点,又开发成功了CANMET工艺技术,具有明显特点的均相加氢裂化工艺HC3也已完成中试。本文详细介绍了CANMET工艺的技术经济情况及其最新工业化动态,简要介绍了HC3工艺的最新研究成果,对流化焦化和LC-fining在加拿大的改进也作了简要叙述。
Based on the properties of heavy crude in Canada,where coking(fluid coking,flexible coking)and Hydrocracking(H-Oil,LC-fining)processes are widely used,CANMET technology has been successfully developed,and the unique homogeneous hydrogcracking technology HC 3 have given satisfactory results. Technical and economical indexes and the recent commercial developments of CANMET are presented in detail. The newest research results of HC 3 and improvements of fluid coking and LC-fining in Canada are briefly presented.
