加拿大稠油加工技术

Heavy Crude Processing Technology of Canada

加拿大是稠油产量最高的国家，为了把稠油转化成具有普通原油性质的合成原油（ＳＣＯ），大量采用焦化（包括流化焦化，灵活焦化）和加氢裂化（包括Ｈ－Ｏｉｌ，ＬＣ－Ｆｉｎｉｎｇ）等重油加工技术。在这些技术的基础上，针对加拿大稠油的特点，又开发成功了ＣＡＮＭＥＴ工艺技术，具有明显特点的均相加氢裂化工艺ＨＣ３也已完成中试。本文详细介绍了ＣＡＮＭＥＴ工艺的技术经济情况及其最新工业化动态，简要介绍了ＨＣ３工艺的最新研究成果，对流化焦化和ＬＣ－ｆｉｎｉｎｇ在加拿大的改进也作了简要叙述。

Based on the properties of heavy crude in Canada,where coking(fluid coking,flexible coking)and Hydrocracking(H-Oil,LC-fining)processes are widely used,CANMET technology has been successfully developed,and the unique homogeneous hydrogcracking technology HC 3 have given satisfactory results. Technical and economical indexes and the recent commercial developments of CANMET are presented in detail. The newest research results of HC 3 and improvements of fluid coking and LC-fining in Canada are briefly presented.
