大学生参与教学管理是主体教学管理观的具体体现。主体教学观是以尊重、弘扬和发展人的主体性为基本价值取向的一种教学管理思想,符合高校实施学术管理、民主管理、人本化管理、有效管理及学生精神生命发展的需要。
That college students participate in teaching supervision is the concrete embodiment of views on subject teaching supervision which is a thought on teaching management based on options in value to respect, expand and develop human subject. The views accords with the needs for colleges to carry out the spiritual development of college students.
