原部委直属高校学科建设探析

Research on Discipline Building in Colleges and Universities Directly under the Original Ministries

原部委所属高校改变隶属关系后,其固有的行业属性与满足地方需求的矛盾,使这类高校的学科建设成为一个比较棘手的问题。在考虑其特殊性的基础上,至少需要解决四个问题:什么是学科建设;学科建设主要着力于建设什么;如何认识与对待科学研究;如何处理学科建设与专业建设的关系。

After the subordinative relation has been changed, the main conflict between its inherent attributes of the industry and meeting local demand makes the discipline building of the colleges and universities directly under the original ministries become a more difficult problem. On the basis of uniqueness, we need to solve four problems at least： what is discipline building; on what discipline building in the main; how to realize and treat scientific research; how to deal with the relationship between discipline building and professional building.
