Effects of Feeding Whole-plant Corn Silage Treated with Lactic Acid Bacteria on the Milk Yield and Composition

摘要 本试验利用玉米乳杆菌和坚强肠球菌,进行全株玉米的青贮中试试验,感官评定的结果表明,乳酸菌处理组青贮品质比对照组显著提高(p<0.05),试验组的感官评定得分比对照组提高15%。饲喂试验表明,添加乳酸菌的玉米青贮饲料能显著提高牛乳中蛋白质和非脂乳固体的含量(p<0.05),而对乳脂肪的含量没有影响。 Effects of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) on quality of wbele-plant corn silage were studied by the experimentation of ferment with different combination of Lactobacillus zeae and Enterococcus duran. Sensory assessment was performed when the silage ripened after 30 days. The results showed the quality of treatment with LAB was better than the control In comparison to the control, the score of sensory assessment of the treatment with Lactobacillus zeae and Enterococcus durans increased 15%, The feed trial proved that corn silage treated with LAB compared to corn silage untreated can increase milk protein and total solids without fat content of milk significantly (p〈0.05), however, it didn't have any effect on the content of milk fat.
