摘要
为解决炼油厂储运系统自动化管理问题,中国石化总公司沧州炼油厂油品车间与中国人民解放军总后建筑设计院联合研制了CZGL软件,实现了炼油厂储运系统计量、动态自动监测、逻辑自动报警、报表和管理自动化。该软件依据GB9110-88及SYL01-83编制,投用后将每次计量时间由30min缩短到1s,消除了错尺现象,提高了经济效益。
The paper introduces the development and application of the CZGL software. With this software, realized are the automatic management of the storage and transportation system in a refinery, ranging from metering, dynamic monitoring, logic alarming to automatic reporting. Developed on the basis of GB9110 -88 and SYL 01 - 83, the product reduces the cycle of metering from 30 minutes to 1 second, with economic performance raised.
