空气中正己烷的溶剂解吸气相色谱测定方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 建立工作场所空气中正己烷的溶剂解吸气相色谱测定方法。方法 按照《车间空气监测检验方法研究规范》的要求进行实验室及现场实验。结果 溶剂解吸气相色谱法测定正己烷,回收率为93.4%~96.1%:最低检出溶度0.5mg/m^3;不同溶度的相对标准偏差为0.4%~1.3%;线性范围是0.0—892.8μg/ml。空气中与正己烷共存的正庚烷、正戊烷在该方法条件下不干扰测定。结论 该方法各项指标均达到《车间空气监测检验方法研究规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中正己烷的现场监测。 Objective To establish a method for determination of n - hexane in the air of working place by solvent desorption gas phase chromatography. Methods The expriments were conducted in laboratory and on the site according to 〈 Standardard technique for determination of toxic substances in the air of workshop 〉 . Results The recovery rates of solvents desorption gas phase chromatographiy in determining n- hexane in the air of workplace were 93.4% -96.1% and the minimum detection limit was 0. 5mg/m^3. 0 .Stag/m^3 ; the relative standard deviation (RSD) of different solubilty was 0.4% - 1.3% ; Linear scope was 0.0 - 892. 8μg/ml; The coexistence of normal heptane and n - pentane with n - hexane in the air did not interfere with the results of determination. Conclusion This method meets the requirement of 〈 Standardard technique for determination of toxic substances in the air of workshop 〉 and it is suitable for determination of n - hexane in the air of workplace.
