肾脏病专家智能系统测定肾小球滤过率的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨“肾脏病专家智能系统”测定肾小球滤过率(GFR)的临床应用价值。方法采用99mTc-DT-PA清除率准确测定106例不同疾病住院患者GFR(Tc-GFR),并测血清肌酐及尿素氮,同时以“肾脏病专家智能系统”软件、Robert公式测算GFR(NEBS-GFR、Robert-GFR),以Cockcroft/Gault公式计算内生肌酐清除率(CG-CCr),所得数据进行对比研究及相关分析。结果NEBS-GFR、Robert-GFR、CG-CCr均能在一定程度上准确反映GFR,而以NEBS-GFR更准确,可代替Tc-GFR应用于临床。结论“肾脏病专家智能系统”是一种准确、简便、快速、安全而廉价测定GFR方法,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To probe the clinical application value of Nephrology Expert Brainpower System (Nebs) in determining Glomerular filtration rate(GFR), Methods GFRs from 106 inpatients suffering from the difference diseases were determined accurately using clearance rate of 99mTe- DTPA(Tc - GFR) and the serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were determined and simultaneously GFRs were calculated by Nebs and Robert formula( NEBS - GFR,Robert - GFR) , creatinine clearance rate were calculated by Cockcroft/Gault formula( CG - CCr), The results were analyzed , Resdts NEBS - GFR and Robert - GFR and CG - CCr could all reflect GFR accurately at the some extent, NEBS - GFR was more accurately than other and could be clinically used in replacement of Tc - GFR clinically, Conclusion Nebs was an accurate, simple, safe and rapid method for determination, Thus is suitable for clinical application,
