摘要
为了解决资源、环保与生产的矛盾,文章研究了高锌物料对铅鼓风炉的危害,以及在生产过程中采用富氧工艺优化措施,该工艺可扩大鼓风炉对高锌物料的适应范围,提升鼓风炉对物料的处理能力。
To solve the contradiction of recourse, environment and production, this paper studied the harm to the Lead blast furnace caused by high Zinc material and the optimized measure which adopted the technology of abundant oxygen in process of production. The method not only extended the adaptability of blast furnace to high Zinc material, but also improved the disposal ability of blast furnace and the recovery of metals.
