摘要
采用不同包装方式对夏采红巴梨果实进行冷藏保鲜试验。结果表明,包装方式对红巴梨贮期失水、成熟控制存在显著差异。在120天贮期内,采用纸箱包装的果实失水率达6.8%,色变维持效果最差,不宜长期贮藏;同时还指出,红巴梨果实采后直接装袋加入乙烯清除保鲜剂扎口,立即置入冷库进行MA贮藏效果最佳。不同的采收期、相同的MA包装方式间的保鲜效果也存在一定差异。
In order to prolong fresh-keeping period, the diverse package types were applied to storage of red bartlett pear. The results showed that package have a significant effect on fresh weight loss and ripeness under cold storage room, and the fresh weight loss of red bartlett increased by 6.8 percent after in 120 days of storage in carton ,and got a minimum percent value-a on colour change,and it is a unsuitable way for a long period of storage. And the author pointed out that the optimal package type of MA (modified atmosphere) storage for red bartlet pear is that ,putting fruits in MA bag immediately after harvest and adding some absorbents of ethylene -block, and then the sealed MA bags were stored in cold storehouse.
