Should guide the student to know the it＇s importance that using mathematics method to analyse and summarize biology phenomenon and to hold the key of the diagram of coordinates-curves： number and shape, and to analyse the physiological process of photosynthesis and respiration by diagram of coordinates-curves in the middle school biology teaching. The author also summarized the essential characteristics of these physiological processes.
