C反应蛋白及其基因多态性与冠心病发病的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用全自动生化分析仪测定188例冠心病患者(冠心病组)和98例健康查体者(对照组)的血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,同时应用聚合酶链反应检测CRP的1059 G/C基因多态性,结合冠状动脉造影结果进行分析。结果冠心病组的自然对数转换CRP(InCRP)水平显著高于对照组,Log istic回归分析显示InCRP水平(OR=1.44,P<0.01)与冠心病独立相关,1059 G/C基因多态性等位基因和基因型的分布频率符合H ardy-W e inberg平衡(χ2=0.297,P>0.05),两组1059 G/C基因型和等位基因的分布趋势相同,差异无显著性;C等位基因携带者的InCRP水平低于GG基因型(P=0.024),而冠状动脉病变程度不受1059 G/C基因多态性的影响(χ2=1.374,P>0.05)。认为血清CRP水平升高可能是冠心病的独立危险因子;CRP水平可能受其1059 G/C基因多态性的影响。
