摘要
随着我国石油工业的高速发展,对石油钻杆的需要不仅表现在数量上的增加,而且对钻杆的质量也提出了更高的要求。本文在石油钻杆生产自动化需要这个应用背景下,对钻杆生产过程自动化的实现方法进行了探讨,研究了以可编程控制器为核心控制元件实现自动化所涉及的新概念、新原理及技术所需的基础理论,极大的提高了钻杆生产自动化水平,有效保证了新钻杆的质量。
With a great development of petroleum industry in our country, the requirement of drilling pipe is not only big quantity but also good quality. In order to meet the need of automation of drilling pipe produce course, the method of accomplishing produce course automation has been explore, and the basic theory which has been involved in accomplishing automation on the basis of programmable logic controller has been researched in this paper, which improve heat-treatment course automation vastly and insure quality of heat treatment.
