摘要
EDXRF-1024便携式高精度X荧光分析仪采用的是新型电致冷Si-PIN半导体探测器和放射性同位素源,在无液氮冷却的条件下能够实现对样品的现场测量;仪器一次可以同时测量5种以上元素,甚至多达十余种元素的定性、定量测定,其检出限可达10—200mg/kg,在原位条件下分析精度可达2%—10%。
The EDXRF-1024 portable high-precision X-ray fluorescence analyzer adopts new electric refrigeration Si-PIN semiconductor detector and radioisotope sources. Without liquid nitrogen cooling the on-site measurement can be realized, and qualitative and quantitative analysis can be completed for 5-10 kinds of elements simultaneously. The detection limits range from 100 to 200 mg/kg, and the precision is 2%-10%.
