摘要 稠油热力开采过程中,压井作业对地层造成的冷伤害和污染往往导致注汽管柱密封隔热失效,尤其是破坏了蒸汽驱井组已经形成的温场。针对这些问题,开展了高温不压井作业工艺技术研究与试验。研制的高温不压井作业系统耐温260℃,耐压21 MPa,配备了自动和手动控制,满足了作业施工要求。该技术可广泛用于蒸汽吞吐井、蒸汽驱注汽井和生产井、注水井、天然气井。 During thermal production of heavy oil, well killing operations would usually cause cold damage and pollution to formations, leading to ineffective insulation of steam injection pipe strings, especially damaging the temperature fields already established around the well groups. In view of these issues, the study and testing of high temperature snubbing operation technology was initiated. The technology can be widely used in steam huff and puff wells, steam flooding injectors and producers, water injectors, and natural gas wells. The temperature resistance of the high temperature snubbing operation system can be as high as 260℃ and pressure resistance can be 21 MPa. The system can be controlled both automatically and manually, satisfying the requirements of operations.
