The milling bit rotates during the bit drilling cement plug and the milling head cuts the edge of the plug to form cement column. A one--way milling teeth run in circle while cutting the cement column, so the drilling plug operation can be completed. Any fish can be pulled into the bucket by the milling teeth, revolving the fish without interrupting the drilling.
