静电纺丝素纳米纤维工艺影响分析 被引量:5

摘要 静电纺丝法可获得纳米级丝素纤维,后者可广泛应用于组织工程、伤口包覆及药物控释等.以甲酸为溶剂,溶解再生丝素室温干燥膜进行静电纺丝.根据静电纺丝原理,研究了质量分数、电压和电场等工艺参数对纤维形态的影响.结果表明:纤维直径与质量分数具有高度显著线性关系,纤维直径随质量分数的升高而增大;纤维直径开始随电压的增加而变小,之后变大;相同电场强度下,高电压/长距离式电场制备的纤维直径小. Process influences on nanofibers morphology such as concentration, voltage and electric field were investigated according to electrospinning theory. The results showed that fiber diameter represented highly remarkable linear relation to concentration, increasing with solution concentration ;decreased firstly and then increased with its voltage. Higher voltage/longer distance electric field can produce smaller fiber diameter.
