摘要
最新的研究进展表明,干细胞对人的机体损伤和疾病康复过程中受损组织和器官的修复与重建有着不可替代的重要作用。着重介绍了国外利用干细胞对帕金森氏病、心脏病和糖尿病等疾病治疗的研究进展。以干细胞为基础的组织工程和再生医学研究已成为21世纪生命科学领域中的一个热点。
Latest research shows that stem cell has an irreplaceable role in tissue regenerating ,repairing and replacing diseased tissues. This article reviews recent abroad research progresses in the use of stem cell for the treatment of Parkinson＇s disease,myocardial infraction and diabetes mellitus. Stem cell-based tissue engineering and regenerative medicine has been a hot research area of life science in twenty-first century.
