摘要
工资对职工的影响作用主要包括:认同肯定作用、激励与约束作用、导向与协同作用。随着人才竞争的日趋激烈,工资的激励作用对高校人才队伍的稳定与建设起着直接和首要的作用。解放以来,我国经过了多次的工资制度改革和调整工作。但是,现行工资制度以及其执行过程中还存在着不完善之处。为此,高校以及人力资源开发与管理的一个重要任务,就是要进一步努力搞好职工的收入分配问题,切实发挥好工资对职工的激励作用。
The main impact of wage on workers and staff members are recognition and approval, encouragement and restraint,guidance and synergies. With the increasingly fierce competition for talents,the wage incentive plays a direct and significant role in stabilizing and building qualified talent ranks in colleges and universities. Since liberation,Chlna has witnessed a number of wage system reform and restructuring. However ,imperfections still exist in the current wage system and its implementation process. To this end, an important task of human resources development and management as well as colleges and universities is to further improve their work of income distribution and give full play to wage incentive.
