摘要
“推优”工作是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的有效载体。只有通过坚持党建带团建、加强对团员青年的培养和教育,建立完善的“推优”运行机制,加强对“推优”工作的领导,才能更好地实现“推优”工作的育人功能。
The work of “recommending-the-outstanding” is an effective carrier to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of university students. Its function of education can be better realized through adhering to party building leading CYL building, strengthening the cultivation and education of League members, establishing a complete operational mechanism and consolidating the leading of “recommending-the- outstanding”.
