摘要
急冷技术日渐在催化裂化中得到广泛应用,国外技术的应用方式也多种多样。本文将此类技术归纳为上下两种进急冷剂方式,分析了各自的应用目的和效果,并对国内外多家公司的急冷技术进行了评述。建议国内加快研究,开发出自己的专有技术。
Quenching technology has found extensive application in FCC units. The utilizing patterns of domestic technologies are diversifies. These were classified as two patterns, i. e. top injection and bottom injection of quenching agents, and their aims and effects were analyzed. Quenching technologiesof various companies, both domestic and foreign, were reviewd. Suggestions for accelerating domestic research and development of proprietary technology were also proposed.
