常减压蒸馏装置I/AS集散控制系统的模式识别生产优化

摘要 将模式识别优化技术与集散控制系统相结合,建立常减压蒸馏装置生产的动态优化模型,不断地对生产操作条件进行追踪寻优和指导,使大庆石化总厂炼油厂第三套常减压蒸馏装置的轻质油收率提高了0.43%,润滑油料收宰提高了0.26%.该结果表明,模式识别技术可在炼油厂配备集散控制系统的生产装置上发挥更大的作用。 The dynamic model for production optimization of atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit No.3 in the Refinery of Daqing Petrochemical Complex was established by integrating the pattern recognition optimization technique with DCS and the operating conditions were traced to optimal point and advised. The light oils and lubestocks yields increased by 0.43 and 0.26 percentages respectively. Results showed that, the pattern recognition technique can play a greater role in processing units equipped with DCS in petroleum refineries.
