摘要
从发动机缸体的加工效率、加工精度、安全性等角度出发,分析了发动机缸体高速加工的优势和可行性。针对发动机缸体的工艺特点及生产实际要求,对高速加工中存在的工艺问题进行了分析,给出了具体的解决措施。实践表明,在发动机缸体的加工中采用高速加工技术,加工效率高,工件表面质量好。
From different aspects such as efficiency, precision and security of machining, the superiority and feasibility of high-speed machining of cylinder were analyzed. Aiming at the process features and technical requirements of machining, the measures were put forward to resolve the process problems of machining. The practices show that the application of high-speed machining technology can gain high efficiency and good surface quality of machining.
