摘要
介绍了炼油厂中、小型制氢转化炉出口集合管使用材料情况;论述了用材质与轧材相同的(1Gr20Ni32等)高合金离心铸材代替进口轧材的根据和可能性;结合国内实际情况指出了代用材料需要注意的问题与大型制氢转化炉出口集合管采用冷壁方案的设想。
The situation of materials applied for outlet manifolds of convertor in medium and small sized hydrogen manufacturing units of refineries were introduced. Basis and probability of using centrifugal casting high alloys(lCr20Ni32 etc. ) of same constituents for displacement of the imported milled ones were discussed. Combining the domestic practices, points must be noted in alternative material selection and ideas of adopting cold wall option for outlet manifolds in convertor of large scale hydrogen manufacturing units were put forward.
