摘要
竹纤维是一种在国内外引起广泛关注的新型生态环保纤维。竹毛纤维混纺产品兼具竹纤维与羊毛纤维的优良特性。目前,我国乃至国际上对一些新型纺织纤维尚未有统一的测试混纺含量的方法及标准。为准确测试竹毛纤维混纺含量,采用次氯酸钠法对竹毛纤维混纺织物进行化学定量分析,实际测得的竹/毛纤维含量与规格含量非常接近,测试结果误差小于1%,符合国家标准要求。
Bamboo fiber is a kind of new type fiber which has been taken general attention. Bamboo/wool blended fabric has fine properties. There is no standard method to test the blending ratio of some new textile fibers in home and abroad. In order to test the blending ratio of bamboo/wool blended fabrics, sodium hypochlorite dissolution has been adopted in the chemistry quantitative analysis. The actual result is very approximate to the prescript blending ratio, the testing error is inferior to 1%, so that it corresponds with national standard. The practice shows that this method is feasible.
